All orders are processed and prepared in our specialized facility to ensure compound stability prior to dispatch. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We utilize trusted carriers capable of handling laboratory-grade materials safely. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email.
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing (where available).
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Supreme Biogenix is not responsible for carrier delays.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the strict requirement to maintain a controlled chain of custody, we cannot accept returns on any shipped products. Once a product leaves our facility, its handling conditions are out of our control, compromising its guaranteed purity for research use.
If you receive an incorrect item or if a product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the sealed, damaged items to authorize a replacement or refund.

By accepting delivery of our products, you reaffirm your agreement that all compounds are intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro use. They are not approved for human or veterinary administration. We reserve the right to cancel orders and restrict accounts if we suspect misuse of our products.
